  1. Although this is a companion to another book, I thought it explained everything almost perfectly. There were only maybe 2 times. I thought the whole idea was good, but sometimes the author threw to much on you in a short amount of time. All in all, it was a very good book!!

  2. I agree, this book definitely stands alone. Even though the bad guys were figured out, it was still a mystery and I was still interested. However, I’m undecided as to whether it’s a Mock Newbery winner or not.
