  1. The story was a typical, girl moves out of town and tries to make friends kind of book. The story had a few twists and turns which made the book seem more interesting. The thing I like best is that even though it is part of a series, it doesn’t end with a cliffhanger. The only thing I would dislike for this book is that it made the coach a little stupid in the first half of the book. It does however have the potential of becoming a Newbery medal.

  2. The plot of this book was lighthearted and I enjoyed reading it. The characters were pretty well developed, too. It was a fun read, but I’m not sure if it was distinguished.
