  1. This book so far is one of my winners. The writing style was for sure amazing. I love how the author captured this story into verse. That really stood out to me. Lightning Dreamer is not just a book that you can read, and be over with it. It is the kind of book where you have to read it slowly, and think about it. It was that good. I really liked this book, due to it capturing everything in verse. But you could say that I am a bit biased, because I’m a lover of poetry. Overall, the book had strong characters involved, and the plot really opened my eyes. Even if this book does not win Newbery, I am pretty sure that it will win another award.

  2. This book is ok. It is not the best book. The writing style was ok not the best because where you are suppose write the title she wrote the name of the person instead so it is in different perspective I don’t think this book will win Newbery.
