Summary: This is a magical parable for readers who ask big questions. As Baz travels with this kind-hearted and wise magician, their journey takes him across the desert, up a mountain, and into the depths of life’s meaning. Very confusing book, I really don’t understand most of it, the beginning has some promise but towards the middle, I got lost. Characters are probably the best defined, though they aren’t better then Lions of Little Rock. I say no for the Newbery Medal/Honor.
