  1. I LOVED this book! It is so cute. In my mind this is the perfect children’s book, it has a spunky heroine, who should be a role model for all girls, a plot that teaches them something, without seeming too, with a positive message at the end. Unfortunately this is not a Newbery book, as it is not entirely original, but I recommend it to anyone under the age of 12.
