  1. An interesting book that is written through memories and tells the horrifying truth about how Jews were treated. Complete with pictures. A quick, good read.

  2. I thought this was a moving book with an important theme. The writing style wasn’t especially accomplished or artful, but that highlighted the realness of the story. It was like listening to a real person talk. This book could also be used as a primary source for school work.

  3. I really enjoyed this book. It’s rare to find a book like this, one that is written by a woman who lived through something as terrible as the Holocaust. Like Ms. Lisa said, it was like listening to her telling the story, which made it sound more real. I normally don’t like non-fiction books, but this one is definitely an exception.

  4. I love the book it made me cry!
